Seeing Souls Saved
Welcome home
Monterey Baptist Church is a fellowship of believers who pursue the God who is passionately pursuing a lost world; we do this with one another, through worship, by the Word, to the world.
Sunday Morning Service

On Easter, we rejoiced that Jesus' death was overcome. But now what? What does the resurrection mean to us in practical terms, and how can it inspire and motivate us to have a correct attitude and hope all year long?
As we focused on the synonyms of the last series, the question remains, "do you possess them for yourself"? Do you believe? Remember, Jesus asked Peter, "do you love me"? Who better to lead us in a study of how to live like we are born again than arguably the most scrutinized apostle? From "do you love me" to seeing thousands come to the truth and trust in Jesus Christ.
That is our focus this Sunday morning @ 11am!
Sunday Evening Service
The word “exodus” means exit. In God’s timing, the exodus of the Israelites from Egypt marked the end of a period of oppression for Abraham’s descendants, and the beginning of the fulfillment of the covenant promise to Abraham that his descendants would not only live in the Promised Land, but would also multiply and become a great nation.
This week we seek to better understand and appreciate the great "I AM."

Wednesday Evening
Acts forms a necessary link between the accounts of Jesus' life recorded in the Gospels and His disciples' interpretation, preaching, and application of His acts and words in the Letters of the New Testament.
Join us as we study this amazing inspired writing, verse by verse.
